Peter E. Boone, 39, of Wabash, died at 2:45 pm, Friday, Nov. 21, 2014, at Wabash County Hospital.
He was born August 14, 1975 in Marion, Indiana to Darrell and Sandra (Overman) Boone.
Boone was a 1994 graduate of Southwood High School and earned an associate degree from Ivy Tech. He was employed as an aide at Southwood High School.
He was a member of Wabash Friends Church, where he served as an usher. He vacationed with his family at Lake Wawasee.
He is survived by his parents Darrell and Sandra Boone of Wabash, two brothers, Roger (Tonya) Boone of Wabash, and Philip (Shelly) Boone of Urbana; two nephews; one niece and his maternal grandfather, Earl Overman of Peru.
Friends may call from2 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday at the Grandstaff-Hentgen Funeral Service, 1241 Manchester Ave., Wabash and one hour prior to the service at the church.
Funeral services will be 2:30 pm Tuesday, Nov. 25, at Wabash Friends Church, 3563 S. SR 13, Wabash, with Alex Falder and David Phillips officiating. Burial will be in Friends Cemetery, Wabash.
